New Google review from Sarah M.

How it works
How does WellEarnedReviews get you Google reviews?
WellEarnedReviews texts customers after the job, asks for a Google review, and handles replies so the owner only sends names.
Three steps. One of them is yours.
Text us a name
After each job, text your customer's first name and cell number to your dedicated WellEarnedReviews number. Or forward the invoice email. Got a stack of past customers? Send the list once and we'll import it. Or we'll wire it into your Jobber, QuickBooks, or Square for you, and even this stops being your job.
We ask, politely, three times, max
A friendly check-in first, in your name. Then the review link. Two spaced reminders go only to people who never opened the link. Quiet hours are respected and STOP always works.
Reviews land, replies handled
Five-star reviews get a personal thank-you posted for you. Anything three stars or under comes straight to your phone with a calm reply drafted, and nothing posts until you say so.
The part you'll actually look at
One scoreboard, four numbers, one link
Your rating, your review count, what went out, and what came back. It lives behind a link we text you, so there's no password to lose. Every Monday you get a plain-English digest: who reviewed you, what we replied, and what's queued this week. Most owners never need more than that.
- Review link + QR kit. A printable counter card and sticker, ready on day one.
- We write your replies. Negative ones wait for your approval, always.
- Past-customer campaign. We work through your old list at a safe, steady pace.
- Bad-review alarm. A text within minutes, with a draft response attached.
- Monthly report. Your growth against three competitors you pick.
Reviews don't add revenue. They compound it.
Every review lifts your ranking. A better ranking brings more calls, more calls become more jobs, and every job produces another review. That's the flywheel, and the businesses at the top of the map got there review by review while everyone else meant to get around to it. The gap grows either way. Better if it grows in your favor.

Questions owners ask
Do you gate reviews or filter star ratings?
No star gates here. Every customer gets the same Google review link, happy or not, so the ask stays inside Google's rules.
What does the owner still have to do?
Text a customer name and cell after the job, or forward the invoice. We handle the asks, reminders, replies, and Monday digest after that.
Fair questions, answered straight.
Do I have to install anything?
No. There's nothing to install and nothing you have to learn: work by text, or use the simple dashboard, your choice. After each job you text your customer's first name and cell number to your WellEarnedReviews number, or forward the invoice email. That's the entire workflow on your end.
Is this against Google's rules?
No, and this matters. Google prohibits review gating, which means filtering so only happy customers get asked. We send every customer the same link, no matter what they said. Asking for reviews is allowed. Filtering who you ask is not, and we never do it.
Can't I just buy reviews?
You can, and Google is very good at noticing. Bought reviews come from accounts that rate a plumber in Tulsa and a med spa in Budapest on the same afternoon. That pattern is exactly what Google's filters are built to catch, and the penalty is not a slap on the wrist: reviews wiped in batches, listings suspended from Maps. For a local business, that is the whole ballgame. Asking your real customers after real jobs is slower for a week and better forever. That is the entire reason we exist.
Can you guarantee a certain number of reviews?
No, and nobody honest can. The only way to guarantee reviews is to write them yourself, which is the previous question. What we can promise is the math. Across the industry, 10 to 25% of customers who get asked leave a review, and our own demo account converts at 23%. Send us 30 customers a month and that works out to roughly 3 to 7 new reviews in a typical month. For comparison, the number the average unasked customer leaves is zero.
What does it cost?
Your first 30 days are $99 so you can watch the reviews come in before committing. After that it's $249 a month, or $174 a month billed annually, which is 30% off. Messages, AI replies, reports, and the QR kit are all included. No setup fee, monthly plans cancel with a text, and the first month has a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy, the $99 comes back. The intro month covers your first 50 customers, which is plenty to watch it work; the full past-customer reactivation campaign kicks off once you're on the regular rate.
What happens when I get a bad review?
You get a text within minutes, with a calm, professional reply already drafted. Nothing posts until you approve it. Good reviews get a thank-you response posted automatically after a short delay.
I'm not on Google at all. Can you still help?
Yes, and it's included. If you don't have a Google Business Profile, we run a guided setup: you answer a few questions by text, send some phone photos, and film one 60-second verification video with us on the phone. We build everything else, and your reviews start from a clean, correctly configured profile. Owners without a profile usually see the most dramatic before and after.
Will this actually help me beat my competitors?
Reviews compound. More recent reviews mean ranking higher in the map results, which means more calls, which means more reviews. The businesses ahead of you got there by asking, that's the whole trick. The polite way to say it: we help you catch up. The honest way: we help you smoke them. Courteously.
How do I cancel?
Text the word CANCEL to your WellEarnedReviews number, or send a note from the contact page. It takes effect at the end of your billing month. No phone tree, no retention script.
