Terms of service

WellEarnedReviews sends review requests and related messages to your customers on your behalf. The service costs $199 per month, with the first 30 days at $99. Billing is monthly, there is no contract, and you can cancel any time by texting CANCEL to your service number or emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.

You agree to submit only customers you have actually served and who have given you their contact details in the course of business. We send every customer the same review link and never filter recipients by sentiment, because review gating violates Google's policies. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific number of reviews or any specific rating.

Message and data rates may apply to recipients. We honor opt-outs immediately and permanently. Either of us can end the service with notice; if we end it, we refund the unused portion of your month. Questions: hello@wellearnedreviews.com.
