WellEarnedReviews sends review requests and related messages to your customers on your behalf. The service costs $249 per month, or $174 per month billed annually (30% off), with the first 30 days at $99 either way, backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee: request a refund of the $99 within your first 30 days for any reason and we'll issue it. The introductory month includes enrollment of up to 50 customers; additional customers queue automatically and begin receiving requests at the regular rate. Annual plans are billed once and carry the discount for the full term. If you cancel early, months already used are re-rated at the standard monthly price of $249 and we refund whatever remains; the annual discount applies only to completed terms, and no refund becomes a balance owed. Monthly plans carry no contract and you can cancel any time by texting CANCEL to your service number or emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.

You agree to submit only customers you have actually served and who have given you their contact details in the course of business. We send every customer the same review link and never filter recipients by sentiment, because review gating violates Google's policies. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific number of reviews or any specific rating.
